1891 Vintage ~  301 W. Main ~ Ritzville ~ $165,000

*Established by settler JD Bassett in 1891, the Adams County Bank was the first financial institution in the county. He built this building the following year, and is now the second oldest brick structure in the community! In 1901, it became the First National Bank of Ritzville & served as such until 1920. In 1927, it was remodeled to house apartments, bakery, doctor offices and misc businesses.

The two old vaults with 18" walls are still in the building!

Today, it has 6 electric meters and is ready for another remodel to fit modern business or housing needs, hopefully with the historic value kept in mind!  If your plans include owning a historic building, this one is priced to sell, and the location is great for easy access to everything!
